“The Oustau de Baumanière is a restaurant in the PACA region that has become an institution over the years, steeped in history, with the successive visits of celebrities and discreet individuals with fabulous destinies. This gastronomic restaurant was founded by Mr. Raymond Thuillier in 1945 and was awarded 3 Michelin stars in 1954. He ran this establishment for many years before being joined by his grandson Jean-André Charial.
