A Michelin-starred restaurant rooted in French gastronomic history, near the Luberon

Founded in 1945, the famous 3-star Michelin restaurant is an institution of French gastronomy. It was in 1949 that the restaurant obtained its first star, thanks to the talent and know-how of the founder of l’Oustau de Baumanière, Raymond Thuillier. His famous recipes have been passed down through time and have delighted gourmets from generation to generation. A culinary heritage that is perpetuated by Chef Glenn Viel, in charge of the kitchen since 2015, as well as Brandon Dehan, the Pastry Chef, whose desserts are an invitation to pleasure. The Baumanière experience is like a timeless interlude in a green setting just a stone’s throw from the Luberon, on our beautiful terrace on sunny days or in our room with its refined decor, between authenticity and modernity, in a 17th century building steeped in history. Every detail is thought to make you live an unforgettable moment.
