Located about thirty minutes from the city of Arles, the Oustau de Baumanière, a three-star Michelin restaurant, is a reference in French gastronomy. Its founder, Chef Raymond Thuilier, created a friendly atmosphere and an exceptional menu in 1945, the year it opened, which has won over the hearts and taste buds of the finest gourmets. The “Menu Gourmandise” is in itself a tribute to the surrounding nature, favoring local producers in order to highlight the land of the Alpilles and Provence.
