Course schedule : – Arrival 9:30 am – Discovery of the wine region by our Head Sommelier – Tasting of 6 wines followed by a visit to the Oustau de Baumanière cellar 
Lunch with wine and food pairing
A bottle of Affectif offered

Oenology course at the Oustau : 300 € – Course from 9.30 am to 12 am, followed by a wine and food pairing lunch (starter-main course-dinner course-3 glasses of wine) served at a communal table with all participants and accompanying persons.
Group of 10 people maximum – 4 participants minimum
On this occasion, you will receive a 10% discount on your wine and champagne purchases at the Baumanière boutique.

Accompanying person
It is possible for you to come accompanied for the meal (limited to one accompanying person per participant in the oenology course)
Your companion will taste with you and the other guests the “food and wine” menu. The price for the “accompanying person” meal during the Oustau wine tasting course is 210€.
