Discover the treasure hidden in Baumanière’s cellar, with more than 50 000 bottles from all the French regions : Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire, Alsace, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes de Provence… recognized as one of the most prestigious cellars of restaurant in France.

The opportunity to taste the finest wines such as Pétrus, Château Lafite, Rothschild, Château Margaux, Meursault, Gewürztraminer, Chassagne, Montrachet, Nuits Saint Georges…

In the new tasting room dedicated to sharing and conviviality, our head sommelier will introduce you to the exceptional collection of wines started more than 70 years ago at the Baumanière opening in 1945 during his oenology classes.
