The Oustau de Baumanière

Since 2015, Jean-André Charial has entrusted the reins of the legendary Oustau de Baumanière kitchen to Chef Glenn Viel.

The latter offers a creative cuisine, adorned with three Michelin stars, which focuses on the essentials and highlights the unique taste of each local product that he now combines and enhances with the historic dishes of the house!
