The inventiveness and mastery of chefs Glenn Viel and Brandon Dehan, elected respectively “Best Chef of the Year 2020” and “Best Pastry Chef of the Year 2020” have enabled the establishment to rank among the best addresses in France. The chefs’ signature? A cuisine that is creative, authentic and respectful of local Provençal products: try the pigeon from Costières and its lavender juice, the leg of lamb “in the Baumanière tradition” or the Baumanière chocolate cream with olive oil and lemon.
