Baking course

Come and discover the know-how and creations of the Oustau de Baumanière’s baker during a baking class.

Jean-Louis, our baker will propose you to work :

🥖 A bread (the traditional baguette),
🥨 A brioche (sweet pie and/or Mannele),
🍞 An autumn brioche

How the workshop works:

🥐 Breakfast at 8:00 a.m.
🥐 Class from 8:30am to 12:30pm
🥐 Group of 8 people
