After many wonderful years of sharing, kneading and delicious creations, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the end of the baking classes at Baumanière.

Two course levels:
Amateur level for an introductory discovery course
Advanced level to reinforce knowledge and techniques – Special sourdough course
Practical information:
Group course for eight people
Course price: €150 per person
