To mark the release of Glenn Viel’s new book, Cuisine d’un cancre, Jean-André Charial, owner of Baumanière, is opening the doors of Baumanière and inviting the public to meet Glenn Viel at L’Oustau de Baumanière, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant, for a special event centred around his book.
This is a rare opportunity to meet the Chef in the very setting that inspires his cuisine, which was awarded a third Michelin star in January 2020.
