At La Cabro d’Or, in the heart of the legendary Baumanière Les Baux-de-Provence estate, which is celebrating its 80th anniversary this year, Chef Michel Hulin welcomes two renowned chefs into his kitchen: Christophe Chiavola (1 Michelin star at Prieuré-Baumanière) and Benoit Vidal (2 Michelin stars at Annecy-Le-Vieux). Together, the three chefs will orchestrate a unique culinary journey in eight courses.
Their unique worlds will come together in an exclusive menu that pays tribute to their terroirs and inspirations.
