Under the clear skies of the Alpilles, a westerly wind from the sea will blow over the Oustau de Baumanière.
For a unique evening, three-star chef Glenn Viel will gather several of his chef friends, all from Brittany, at his table to celebrate what connects their terroirs: the power of life, the authenticity of the ingredients, and this emotional cuisine that transcends regions and seasons.
On 19 January 2026, Baumanière will welcome a circle of talented chefs who will create a unique gastronomic experience, where the salty energy of the Breton coast will harmonise with the sunny intensity of Provence.
