The cellars of L’Oustau de Baumanière are stocked with 50 000 bottles of France’s very best vintages, over which the head sommelier watches with tender care.
These references will seduce amateurs as well as connoisseurs with beautiful wines and exceptional prestigious vintages.
The wine list of L’Oustau de Baumanière, which owns one of the largest private cellars in France, was named the Best Wine List of France in 2005. The prestigious restaurant has collected the most prized labels of the wine world on the shelves of its cellars. Some of the precious bottles laid down are liquid jewels that would make any collector go pale with envy.
