Course schedule
• Arrival 9:30am
• Discovery of the wine region by our Chef Sommelier
• Tasting of 6 wines followed by a visit to the Oustau de Baumanière winery
• Food and Wine Lunch
Information
Oenology course at l’Oustau: 350 € – Course from 9:30 am to 12 pm, followed by a lunch with wine pairing (starter-main course-dessert-3 glasses of wine) served at the collegiate table with all participants and accompanying persons.
Group of 10 maximum – 4 participants minimum
You will benefit from a 10% discount on your wine and Champagne purchases at the Baumanière boutique.
Accompanying
It is possible for you to come accompanied (e) for the meal (benefit limited to one companion per participant in the course of oenology)
Your companion will enjoy with you and the other guests the menu «food & wine».
The rate «accompanying meal» course of oenology of Oustau is 225 €.
