For one summer evening, Baumanière opens the gates to its gardens for an experience where horticultural creativity and gastronomy come together in the heart of Provence.
On Thursday 2 July, Aurélien Guintoli, from Maison Guintoli, and Michel Hulin, Chef at La Cabro d’Or, invite you to share in their respective worlds through an event centred on plants, flavour and the passing on of knowledge.
In the idyllic setting of the Baumanière gardens, Aurélien will guide you in creating a floral arrangement combining seasonal flowers, fruits and vegetables, whilst Michel Hulin will introduce you to his generous and contemporary take on anchoïade, the emblem of the Provençal terroir.
As the evening unfolds, perspectives converge, skills engage in dialogue and ingredients harmonise. On one side, the art of floristry. On the other, the art of cooking. A shared ambition: to elevate the simplest and most precious gifts of nature.
The experience will continue with a gourmet aperitif created by Michel Hulin and his teams, inspired by the garden and seasonal produce, in the convivial and elegant spirit that is the very soul of Baumanière.
A unique encounter between floral art and gastronomy, available as a limited edition.
From 6.30pm to 9.30pm – by reservation only – maximum 20 people.
