This year, Baumani\u00e8re has imagined a new gourmet stopover for you! Discover our chocolate factory just a stone’s throw from Saint R\u00e9my de Provence, at the foot of the village of Les Baux de Provence. Located opposite the three Michelin starred Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re restaurant and connected to the Place des Artisans, the Baumaniere chocolate factory combines authenticity and modernity. Brandon Dehan, our Pastry Chef at l’Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re, elected best pastry chef in 2020, officiating alongside the Chef de cuisine Glenn Viel – supported by the owners Jean-Andr\u00e9 and Genevi\u00e8ve Charial, takes up the challenge of proposing his vision of chocolate through his creations where the praline is his signature. Justine Berger, our Chef Chocolatier, combines exception and passion in his chocolate creations. Together, in collaboration with Valrhona and Nicolas Berger, they put their know-how to good use in order to offer you tasty chocolates for a true journey of the senses.<\/p>\n
