He cooks with passion, combining softness, crunchiness, sweetness and acidity.<\/p>\n<p>From his experiences with<strong> G\u00e9rard Boyer at Ch\u00e2teau Les Cray\u00e8res<\/strong> and<strong> Michel Gu\u00e9rard at Pr\u00e9s d&#8217;Eug\u00e9nie<\/strong>, Michel Hulin has acquired a tried and tested technique and a taste for research. His cuisine is generous and authentic, inspired by the Alpilles region, and is both honest and refined.<\/p>\n<p>Michel Hulin was recently awarded the<strong> &#8220;Tradition d&#8217;Aujourd&#8217;hui&#8221; trophy by Gault &amp; Millau.<\/p>\n<p>His cuisine is part of an eco-responsible approach.
