He joined our kitchen team at <a href=\"\/?page_id=5398\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/www.baumaniere.com\/en\/gastronomy\/loustau-de-baumaniere\/\"><strong>l&#8217;Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re<\/strong><\/a> in 2016. All of 25 years old, this native of Picardy already has an impressive track record.
