To extend the experience, our Head Sommelier will open the doors of one of France’s largest private wine cellars<\/strong> to you for a group wine tasting lesson, and welcome you to the Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re tasting room, dedicated to sharing and conviviality.<\/p>\n

An introduction followed by a wine tasting session and a visit to the cellar will highlight the best vintages of our regions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

You’ll then share a lunch with a “food and wine”<\/strong> pairing concocted by our three-starred chef.<\/p>\n

Course schedule :<\/strong>
– Arrival 9:30 am
– Discovery of the wine region by our Head Sommelier
– Tasting of 6 wines followed by a visit to the Oustau de Baumani\u00e8re cellar
– Wine and food pairing lunch<\/p>\n

Course information<\/strong>
Course fee: 420\u20ac\/person.
2 sessions each year, in Spring and Autumn
Spring program: in February
Fall program: at the end of summer<\/p>\n

Oenology classes at l’Oustau: Classes from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by a wine and food pairing lunch served at a communal table with all participants and accompanying adults.
Groups of 10 maximum – 4 participants minimum
On this occasion, you’ll receive a 10% discount on your wine and Champagne purchases at the Baumani\u00e8re boutique.<\/p>\n

Accompanying person :
You can bring a companion for the meal (limited to one companion per participant in the wine tasting course).
Your companion will taste the food and wine pairing menu with you and the other guests.
Price for accompanying person: 280\u20ac\/person<\/p>\n
