The Baumanière Chocolate Factory is open!

From March 4th 2023, Chefs Brandon Dehan and Julien Despaquis will welcome you to the Chocolaterie Baumanière, where you will discover their creations:

Gourmet bars and pure origin bars (Cuba, Sao Tomé, Ecuador, Vietnam…), boxes of sweets or confectionery according to the seasons, will delight the taste buds of amateurs and connoisseurs alike.

Not forgetting the signature bonbon: “La Provence”, a delicate praline with aromatics from the Alpilles region coated with milk or dark chocolate representing the emblematic cicada.

In June 2022, Geneviève, Jean-André Charial and Brandon Dehan, the pastry chef of the Oustau de Baumanière opened the Baumanière chocolate factory.
Brandon has taken up the challenge of offering his vision of chocolate and welcomes you to a gourmet setting, a new place entirely dedicated to the creation of his chocolates where the praline will be his signature.

“Chocolate is a noble product, a material I am particularly fond of, with so many possibilities to work with. There is a lot of pleasure and greed in this product and that is what drives me. Chocolate is also Jean-André Charial’s pet peeve, so I was keen to do this project with him and there was also the space and the desire for a new challenge. – Brandon Dehan

Located in the Oustau de Baumanière and communicating with the Boutique on the Place des Artisans, in a subtle alliance of authenticity and modernity, in the image of Baumanière, the “old-time shop” style is arranged with elegance and design where we will find noble and natural materials such as wood, glass, metal, wood tones, terra cotta, blue.
