Constellations have inspired Pastry Chef Brandon Dehan for this Easter with his creation of an egg glittering in the night in 65% Ecuador grand cru chocolate resting on a cloud of 39% Orizaba milk chocolate with singular notes of “farm milk” containing a popcorn praline.
“La Nuit étoilée” is the name of this piece to which the Chef also makes a small nod to the famous painter with his cloud “Van Gogh style” – which can be found in the new Carrières de Lumières show.
At the chocolate factory, you will also find new creations for this occasion: small gourmet eggs with praline or melting marshmallow, the “Meteor” egg in dark or milk chocolate on its rock of Les Baux in crunchy chocolate, the praline tablet “The Milky Way” …
