With the festive season fast approaching, we have created an enchanting gourmet treat featuring chocolate and the scents of Christmas.
Come and discover our creations: homemade grand cru hot chocolate in two textures and seasonal sweet spice treats. Alaïs Vaubourg, pastry chef at La Cabro d’Or, invites you on a journey beneath the bark of olive trees, through meringue-topped blackcurrant leaves and on to traditional Christmas biscuits.
